The greatest athlete of bodybuilding Ben Weider was born in 1924 on 1st of February. Father Louis and mother Anna Widera was not a rich family. Ben was the smallest child in the family. The family has been quite difficult to survive, therefore the guy left school and got a job. At least the guy and worked 12-hours s a day, he had time to play with friends, Boxing and dancing. Because the parents were immigrants, in Montreal quite often had clashes with local residents, as here, the emigrants did not like. In order to provide protection for his family, the brothers Wideri was engaged in weightlifting and Boxing. Since Ben was in very good form, he took 2nd place in the competition of Canada.

After three years in the service of the people, Ben returned to training. Brothers Wiederum managed to establish his own school of bodybuilding in 1946. Over time the Federation IFBB, created by Wideray, began to join the new Federation. At the moment, the Federation was the most influential in the world.
