How did you start bodybuilding?
All my life I played sports ‒ horse riding, gymnastics and athletics. As a child I couldn't sit still, then ran down the street, played games with friends. To train I started 2-3 years ago, and quite intensively. Then and now I'm focused on results. When I learned about an upcoming fitness competition, I decided to take part in it, because that's what I've always dreamed of. And I was in the first place!
After this huge achievement, I realized that all my hard work was not in vain.
Where do you find inspiration?
My motivation is the other fitness models such as India Paulino, Ashley Kaltwasser and Lindsey Renee. Their achievements are really inspiring, and I hope that someday I too will reach the same level. What else helps me in this regard is the positive thinking. Thanks to positive thinking much faster than I have achieved what you strive for.

Monday: Legs
- The leg extension 5×10
- Flexion of one leg 3×10
- Reverse squats on Gagmachine 3×12
- The leg press 3×12
- Lunges 5×20 steps
Tuesday: Arms
- Extension for triceps 4x10
- Lift the dumbbells 4×10
- French press 4×10
- Bending of hands with dumbbells (hammer) 4×10
- The rise of the biceps (palms up) 3×10
- Push the emphasis back 3×10
Wednesday: Break
Rest day
Thursday: Spin
- Pullups 3×10
- The thrust of the upper block 3×10
- Pull the dumbbell to the belt in the slope with one arm 3×10

What are you proud of most?
That can inspire other people, including young girls who are trying to develop fitness as a lifestyle. I am very proud of it, and it inspires me even more. I try to help them as I can.
I am also proud of the figure, I myself have created, and the level of discipline that I possess.
Have you encountered any obstacles to achieve the desired physical form?
Obstacle are those people who leave negative and even disgusting comments on my photos.
First, this is me annoyed. Now I just ignore it, and sometimes even considered as a stimulus to further improvement.
What diet you adhere to?
Daily nutrition:
- First meal: oatmeal with coconut flakes, honey, 1 Cup water and 1 serving of BCAA
- Second meal: 1 serving nuts (almonds/ cashews)
- Third meal: grilled chicken or fish with potatoes, vegetables & 1 serving of BCAA
- Fourth meal: 1 banana and/ or dextrose
- Fifth meal: a cocktail of whey protein, 1 serving of BCAA's & smoked salmon
- Sixth meal: tuna salad and casein protein
