How did you start bodybuilding?

Owen: We were both born in a small town called Kendal, England. Being boys, we always played sports, so I think we can say that we were born for this.

The Lewis: We didn't always get along with each other when I was younger, and always fought like brothers, you know? Together we played for the same football team here in the UK at a high professional level.

We played in different positions and always shouted at each other during a match, if one of us was wrong or did something wrong. After finishing school I continued to play football professionally, though, and felt that the passion of my life is something else. When my contract ended, I started individual workouts.

Owen: I graduated from high school and entered the Royal Marines — one of the best military units in the world. At the age of 17 I passed the hardest military course in the world.

I left the infantry in 2012, after serving four years, and then became a personal trainer. We went to the fitness model three years ago after spending their first joint photo shoot. Soon after our first session of "Muscle and Fitness" contacted us to see if we want to play for them under their own unique brand. Since then we have been featured in national Newspapers, celebrity magazines, websites on fitness and in even more magazines about fitness in the UK and across the globe.

The Lewis: to Create a brand Harrison Twin was tough, but we turned inside out to get to where we are today in this industry.

Seems like you two grew up small rivals. This applies to the gym?

Owen: there is a little Rivalry sometimes, what we think good. It helps us push each other in achieving their goals. Introducing the brand twins, we both need to look very similar; that's the brand. Therefore, we need the same training plan and same diet throughout the year to maintain its shape and look similar to each other.

The Lewis: the Rivalry between us POPs up when we train together. This attitude of "I'm not going to let your brother beat me," more of our youth.

Iremember in high school, Owen ran the 100-meters at the competition for our school; he was considered the fastest boy our age at that time. I always avoided the 100m and ran the 400 meters for our school. Last year I wanted to run 100m. I'm tired of 400 meters. I beat Owen in the 100m in 5 milliseconds, which led him into a rage. As you can see, this little rivalry is present at the training since we were young teenagers, and currently in our training with the weights.

There is nothing wrong. Always good when someone stimulates.

What do you like best, as the twins in the fitness industry?

Owen: I really like the uniqueness of our brand. I think at the moment there is no one equal to us; it is difficult to find the tattooed twins with a fraction of fat of 6-7%! Definitely, we are different, and we like it.

What do you think sets you apart from your twin?

A Lewis: I prefer a more relaxed approach to life, but when it comes to our bodies, my chest protrudes more than him.

Owen: I think my abs better than his, although it is likely he will not agree! I know that his chest is bigger than mine; I give him the championship in this! We are smart enough to understand that we are the same, and don't take yourself too seriously.

What is your diet?

We alternate products with high and low carb diet to stay toned, and never typed weight and not lose weight. We also sit together on the same diet, which they themselves have developed. So far she has shown very good results.

Daily diet:

  • 1 Meal: 2 whole eggs, 2 egg whites, 1 spoon of honey and 120 ml of water
    over 1.5 hours — 2 scoops of whey protein and 120 ml of water
  • 2 Meal: 2 scoops whey, 1 banana and 150 ml coconut milk
  • 3 Dish: 200g of tuna and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with low fat content
  • Dish 4: Chicken breast — 155 g, 1 Cup Kale Kale, 1/2 Cup mushrooms and 1/2 Cup dried tomatoes
  • 5 Foods: Chicken breast — 255 g, 100 g sweet potato 1/4 Cup green beans seasoned with 1 spoon of whey protein and 120 ml of water
  • 6 Dish: 200 g tuna, 4 cupcake from whole grain rice and 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise with low fat content

Deciding to eat, you twin order the same thing?

Owen: Yes, in most cases, we order the same food. Our brand is the same external appearance, so basically we also eat the same! If after the main course he orders a cupcake, and I order the same; usuallyeverything what happens!
